The Italian Job | Essie's Resort 2017 Collection

Essie's Resort Collection for 2017 is inspired by the beautiful Italian Amalfi Coast; think glittering waters, sun-soaked buildings and the pinks and purples of the flowers decorating the coastline. I think the collection puts a sophisticated take on typical summer shades, adding a bit of Italian chic to the usual pastels and brights we see in resort collections. This makes them a bit more wearable and versatile, with at least three of the four shades easily transitioning into the Autumn months too. Let's take a look...

Ciao Effect

A lovely dusky lavender with muted grey undertones - this colour is a bit more sophisticated and versatile than your usual candy pastel lilac.

Strike a Pose-itano

A striking, minty aquamarine - I feel like this is Mint Candy Apple for grown ups as it's a little more subdued. The formula on this one is a bit more streaky than the others, but with two coats and a steady hand it's all good.

Resort Romanza

This deep sunset pink has tones of raspberry red and peach, it's a lovely bright punchy shade for summer.

Sorrento Yourself

My favourite shade from the collection, a rosy terracotta. It looks great on fingers and toes and will go with just about any outfit. But don't mistake it for a nude; it's earthy pinky tones make it a little bit more unique.

  1. Unlike classified print ads, online job postings usually allow for pages of copy. Headhunter.net allows for three thousand characters in the Job Description and three thousand characters in the Job Requirements fields - or about two typewritten pages.guarantor
