The Brighton Bloggers' #CHOfeast!

The evening after I got back home from holiday, I was lucky enough to be invited down to Graze restaurant in Hove to experience a #CHOfeast - what a perfect antidote to the post-holiday blues! Good food, lots of wine, great company and much hilarity!

The usual Brighton bloggers were there, including a couple of lovely new faces and the charming Chobani PR girls who put on such a delicious #CHOfeast for us.

Chobani is a cult Greek yoghurt brand, which after gaining huge popularity in the States, recently has launched on this side of the pond. It's luxuriously thick and creamy, making it taste much naughtier than it is, when in fact it includes 'nothing but good'. Chobani comes in a range of fruity flavours which are deliciously indulgent on their own, as well as plain yoghurt which can be used as an ingredient in just about any dish you can think of! To demonstrate this, we were treated to a four course #CHOfeast - even the cocktails incorporated Chobani!

We started with delicious (and very alcoholic!) 'Chosmos', I don't know what was in these but damn were they good! After mingling and drinking, we sat down and were brought a gorgeous Bloody Mary chilled soup (or gazpacho, if you're posh). Then I chose tuna with a caramelized Chobani sauce for my starter, followed by the most delicious Chobani Onion Tart served with capers and confit potatoes. The Onion Tart was to die for and something I must learn how to make immediately! For dessert, a Chobani Panna Cotta with peach, rosemary and white chocolate - yummy!!

As if being sent home with a fab goodie bag wasn't enough, we were also then sent a range of Chobani to play around with at home - I've been enjoying the fruity Chobani pots with a banana for breakfast (the Pomegranate one was my fave!) and made a deliciously creamy guacamole using plain Chobani, lime, avacado and way too much garlic (which, unfortunately, ruined it - and probably made my colleagues feel queasy when I spoke to them after lunch! Whoops!)

The Chobani Kitchen has so many drool-worthy recipes that I will be trying out! Chobani Pizza Muffins will be next weekend's project, and tonight I'm gonna whip up a batch of Chobani berry smoothie for this week's breakkies!

It was such a lovely meal, and great to see you again. I need to make some of the guacamole with my plain yoghurt!
