The Autumn Beauty Edit

I'm currently sat in my new knitted fur lined booties, with a huge mug of Chai latte, surrounded by scented candles - I love autumn! As well as getting a bit autumn happy on Pintrest, I've been spending today getting my wardrobe and beauty products organised for the new season. Here're my beauty bag essentials for autumn...

NINA BY NINA RICCI: This has been my signature scent for a few years, and although I often wear it all year round, I find it a particularly nice autumn fragrance due to it's scent of toffee apples with warm and musky vanilla notes. This one'll be on my Christmas list yet again this year.

CHAMPNEY'S MIRACLE BALM*: This little pot does it all and is a handbag essential, especially once the temperature drops. Made from beeswax, shea butter and almond oils, a quick slick of miracle balm gives instant TLC to dry elbows, chapped lips and rough cuticles. I'm sure this be an every day staple in my bag until next summer.

ELF MOISTURISING LIP TINT, CHERRY*: A good lip balm is always a must for keeping chapped lips at bay throughout the colder months, but I usually end up compromising on colour for moisture. Enter Elf Moisturising Lip Tint - deeply nourishing and sheer colour in one, and Cherry is the perfect autumnal shade. (full review here)

REVERENCE DE BASTIEN NAIL LACQUER, NO14*: Oxblood or berry nails are a signature shade for the autumn months, so this nail polish was a welcome addition to the September Birchbox. It's a little thinner than my previous Nails Inc berry coloured polish, but gives an opaque and high shine finish in 2-3 coats.

CAUDALIE HAND CREAM IN BLACKCURRANT LEAF: Caudalie's luxurious formula hand and nail cream revives sore hands and dry cuticles. The Blackcurrant Leaf fragrance encapsulates autumn for me, with the scent of blackberries and bergamot.

What are your ultimate autumn beauty saviours?

Great post! Champneys Miracle Balm sounds pretty great. I think I might look in to getting myself a little pot of that :)
