Love Rosie x
I was lucky enough to get hold of Rihanna’s RiRi Woo lipstick by MAC when it first came out. It’s a gorgeous deep, cool red with blue undertones. The finish of it is retro matte and perfect for lasting all day or night. I like to wear this with simple eye makeup and a black dress - it’s the perfect glamour lipstick! I wrote a more thorough review of this lipstick on my blog, here.
ORANGE - Sanctuary Body Butter This is Sanctuary’s infamous thick body butter -available to buy on its own or in a set. This is one of my most favourite moisturisers, as it’s so luxurious when applied on your skin, and smells like a spa room. It includes Shea butter and Cocoa butter. I like to use this after doing a good exfoliation of my body and before I get into bed, as it sinks in overnight and leaves your skin feeling soft and rehydrated!
YELLOW KMS Sea Salt Spray I won a competition with Birchbox last year to win a voucher for their e-shop. One of the products I chose to get was this sea salt spray. Being a big fan of L'oreal’s offerings in the sea salt spray department I thought I’d try this one out. It doesn't give as matte of a finish to the hair as the L'oreal ones, but when I apply it to wet hair before drying it gives it a natural tousled, texturized effect.
GREEN The Body Shop Tea Tree Face Wash I’m quite restless when it comes to face washes and never stick to the same one. I wanted something a bit more invigorating to my usual foaming face washes, so I decided to try this tea tree face wash. It thoroughly cleanses my skin while giving it a refreshing cooling effect. I love this face wash and use it whenever I feel like my skin needs a bit of a pick me up!
BLUE No 7 Extreme Length Extend The No 7 mascaras aren’t as talked about in the blogging community as other brands but I think they deserve a mention. I’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to mascaras and hate any that give too much volume orclump my eyelashes. This separates my lashes really well and gives great length and a medium amount of volume to them, without them looking thick and clumpy.
INDIGO Tangle Teezer Brush I’d used the same hair brush for ages before realising it wasn’t really doing its job. I went on the hunt for a new one and bought this Tangle Teezer. My hair didn’t know what was coming to it! It detangles and glides through hair so easily, even knotty or wet hair. It doesn’t pull and with a bit of gentle persuasion detangles the most unruly hair. I think my handbag deserves its own mini style Tangle Teezer it’s that good!
VIOLET Real Techniques Shading Brush Like a lot of beauty lovers out there, I love Real Technique’s make up brushes. I bought the ‘shading brush’ with the intention of using it as an eye shadow brush as well as using it for concealer. It works well both ways, but I tend to use it on blemishes more as I usually use my MAC 217 for eye shadow. Its soft bristles mean it’s gentle to use on spots and helps the concealer to blend in really well.
