Steal Her Style: Caroline Flack in Sixties Monochrome (Part One)

There's certainly some monochrome madness going on at the moment, and I've got to admit I'm loving it. One of my favourite black and white looks of the season so far comes from Miss Caroline Flack, who worked two trends at once at the Galaxy drive in movie event. She channelled the sixties vibe in a geo print shift dress, showing off her enviably tanned and toned legs, and finished off the ensemble with a pair of patent nude peep toes and a camel coat with contrasting leather sleeves. She continued the sexy sixties look with her smokey eyes and nude lips.

So when I was doing a bit of internet window shopping, what did I spy but the exact same dress that Caroline wore! And, what's more, it seems that even celebs have been hit by the recession because it's from ASOS and costs a mere £45! Add some nude heels, this gorge wool and PU coat from Boohoo and a faux-fur collar and voila! You may as well have pinched your outfit straight out of Caroline's wardrobe.
Dress. Coat. Shoes
Stay tuned for part two of this post! I'll be looking at Caroline's make up and sharing my favourite products to recreate the look!

Are you a fan of the monochrome trend? What do you think of Caroline's outfit? Hit or miss?

    1. I know, isn't it so satisfying?! I once saw a girl on the train and developed a full on girl crush on her, then just walking around the shops I found her jumper, bag and phone case!! Amazing!
