Rosie's Reviews: Dove Hair Therapy- Daily Treatment Conditioner

As I’ve mentioned before on my blog, I suffer from really brittle and damaged hair from years of bleach and heat abuse.  I think that beautiful, healthy hair is a girl’s best attribute and I’m always looking for new products that promise to improve the condition of my hair.

I’ve tried all sorts of masks and treatments, some of which worked better than others, but my ultimate hair saviour is Dove’s Daily Treatment Conditioner. But it’s no ordinary conditioner; it’s mixed in with a nourishing oil treatment which repairs and restores the hairs essential nutrients. As it’s designed to be a quick-fix daily treatment, it does provide noticeable results just from leaving it on for two minutes. I’ve been using it every time I was my hair for a quick pick-me-up, but I’ve also been leaving it on as a deep treatment for half an hour or so.

I’ve been using this product for a few months now and can see and feel a huge difference in my hair. It works so well, even just after a few minutes, and is fantastic value for money. It costs just £3.29 for a tube that lasts about a month, and in my opinion it works better than some products that I have paid over £20 for (Percy and Reed…). My split ends are less noticeable, fly-aways are smoothed down, and my hair feels much more silky and luxurious than before. It also feels weightless and is completely non-greasy, and has a lovely sweet smell that kind of reminds me of Dove soap mixed with Love Hearts.

I've also been using the shampoo and the heat defence spray from this range, and I'm really impressed with them all. Have you tried any Dove Haircare? What is your ultimate haircare product?

  1. I love Dove hair products. I often use their shampoo and conditioner for dry/damaged hair and it really does keep my hair smooth and shiny. Great value for money in my opinion.

    Lovely blog :) xx

  2. Sounds quite nice, I've never used Dove hair products before - maybe I'll give it a go!
